It's astounding how much misinformation is in this video. For instance, the study mentioned in the desc. regarding soy protein actually focused on concentrated soy protein isolate, not foods with soy. This is just one example. There are many claims in these videos that are not fully supported by studies. Be cautious about where you get your information, everyone!
Step 1: Actually follow advice from somebody who's been at it long enough instead of some random youtuber who started working out a few years ago.
Take fin since 28, I'm now 38 and I'm in excellent shape, muscular with a six pack. DHT role in building muscle is BS.

DHT is a derivative of testosterone that's responsible for penile growth and hair loss. It has little to do with actual testosterone roles or muscle growth.
It’s more androgenic and masculising than testosterone in every way except hypertrophy
In my definition fitness is cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, durability and reaction speed. while all sport require these aspect, fighting sport like MMA/Muay Thai pushes one to be absolutely master of all of these aspect and no other sport will punish an athlete if they miss one of these like fighting sport. so talking about being all rounded and importance of being fit, fighters definitely are one of a kind.

I find it ironic how you understand that stress is bad for us and lowers our testosterone, yet in the same video you advise high intensity exercise? I’d like to hear your rationale on this Ben?
By stress I mean chronically elevated cortisol. Are you a Peater by chance?

This was very informative and helpful, especially letting us viewers know that the specific cardio programmed needs to be specifically tailored for the individual. I hate general cardio programs, just running all day every day is very counter-productive for me...
Just stay away from spinach
The problem is that there are few isolation exercises and compound ones dominate calisthenics,while if u do for example chestdips or push ups,ur shoulders would be affected in the pike or handstand push ups in performance
It's true that compounds will affect other movements. You can experiment with exercise order or moving the exercises around to different days to find a routine that allows you to maximise performance on the movements you most care about. For example I don't like to isolate arms on upper body days because they're already tired from my big compounds (from a barbell/gym perspective). Most advanced calisthenics athletes have been able to build great physiques despite using mostly compound movements, probably because of clever manipulation of exercise order, programming etc. And if you get some gymnastics rings, it makes it a bit easier to isolate certain muscles, like doing ring curls for biceps and ring bodyweight extensions for triceps

Skill is most important. Then probably power and anaerobic cardio. Street fights don't tend to last longer than a few seconds so longer duration endurance isn't super useful for that
